SRINAGAR , Aug 04: A review meeting was chaired by Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department, Shailendra Kumar on 4 th August 2026 at Civil Secretariat, Srinagar to deliberate upon key policy issues related to urban development.
The agenda included the draft Jammu & Kashmir Urban Public Land Allotment, Lease & Management Policy, amendments in the levy of charges for land use in Master Plan/Zonal Plan, and PMAY 2.0 releases for housing and urban development.
Senior Officers attended the meeting.
