Jammu, Aug 04 :J&K High Court has sought personal appearance of DC Reasi , if fails to file compliance in CCP of 2019.
The details with Cross Town News read "In CCP(S) No. 335/2019 titled Mohd. Ayub V/s Indu Kanwal Chib, Deputy Comm. Reasi after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
1. A week’s time is granted to the respondent to file compliance report, failing which, the Deputy Commissioner, Reasi shall remain present in person on the next date of hearing.
2. List on 12.08.2026."
