Jammu, Aug 03: In CCP(S) No. 31/2024 titled Satish Magotra vs Shaleen Kabra, Commissioner Secretary Deptt. of Jal Shakti and Ors. after hearin HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
1. In the compliance report dated 28.04.2025 filed by the respondents, it is stated that an amount of Rs. 2,24,000/- only as admissible to the petitioner would be released on receipt of fund from the District Development Commissioner, Samba.
The said compliance report was filed more than a year ago.
2. A week’s time is granted to the respondents to file updated compliance report, failing which, Chief Engineer, Ravi Tawi Irrigation Complex, Jammu shall remain present in person before this Court.
