New Delhi, July 24: Supreme Court agreed to hear plea concerning police action against students protesting at Jantar Mantar.
Sr Adv Gopal Sankaranarayan said that we have filed a plea concerning the student protests. Diary number is generated. There is urgency.
He added that Police excess is going against students. Something has to be done.
CJI Surya Kant said that we will hear the matter on Monday.
