Bengaluru, July 20: Government has closed the departmental enquiry proceedings against the then Bengaluru Police Commissioner Dayananda, the then Additional Commissioner of Police (West) Vikash Kumar Vikash and the then Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central) Shekhar H Tekkannavar and exonerated them of charges linked to the stampede incident near Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on June 4, 2025.
