Raipur, July 20: Amid the ongoing debate in India over E20 fuel, the Raipur Consumer Court in Chhattisgarh has delivered a significant ruling.
The car owner claimed that after refueling with E20 petrol, his vehicle began experiencing repeated engine malfunctions, and the issue persisted despite multiple repairs.
The court has ordered the company to provide a new car of the same model compatible with E20 fuel within 45 days. Failure to do so will require the company to refund the full price of Rs 20.50 lakh.
