WaaJammu, July 20: In CPSW No. 163/2019 in SWP No. 1153/2018 titled Zorawar Singh and ors. vs Hilal Ahmed Parey, Secretary and ors. after hearin HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJNESH OSWAL, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
1. Bailable warrants issued for securing the presence of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have been received back duly executed.
None present on their behalf. Await their appearance.
In the event they do not cause their appearance on the next date of hearing, this Court shall be left with no other option but to issue non-bailable warrants to secure their presence.
