Jammu, July 20:Previously, without any mention of any term of assigning charge for the post of KW Wing to Girdawers & Patwari’s , JDA Bosses violating Govt Guidelines in to the matter, assigned charge of Khilaf Warzi Wing to Girdawars & Patwaris, even , knowingly, who are not performing their duties for identifying JDA Lands, which are encroached by grabbers, which has been proved by RTI reply of Tehsildar of JDA on encroached/fenced JDA lands.
However, it was noticed that illegal constructions were increased after VC JDA removed JDA Officials from duties of Khilaf Warzi Wing & entered Patwaris into the wing.
However, more such orders signed by JKAS Officer, Mr Sourab JDA, the Secretary, include illegal reply to LG Office over an application/Notice under Sec 50 of J&K Dev Act of 1970 by which he has communicated that applicant to submit that Notice to govt but did not bothered to forward to Govt, which soever for him despite sleeping by JDA over the request since years, raised a pointer towards his integrity & working as a whole, needed to be acted upon..
However, order copy of Transfer/postings of 12 Engineers & assigning charge of KWO to 02 AEEs, which is in open violation/non compliance of job chart of Engineers as per dutys assigned to them by Govt, which speaks the competence & intelligence of order signing authority, with CTN read as under:-
