JAMMU, July 17: Three times J&K MLA and senior BJP Leader Balwant Singh Mankotia has moved Privilege motion against Chief Secretary.

While speaking to Cross Town News , Mankotia said he has moved the Privelege motion against Chief Secretary Jammu and Kashmir.

Mankotia is BJP MLA from Chenani constituency in Jammu and Kashmir.
