However, High Court has sought Revenue Records of Khasra No 781 from Jammu Dev Authority, as PIL No. 19/2011 over the issue declared some parts of Khasra No 781 in Deelli, Jammu as Govt Land vide No. DMJ/LO/21-22/1797 Dated. 28.07.2021
Now, it is a big question on DLM/Collector/ Tehsildar since 28 .07.2017, that why they preferred to sleep over the possession or actions on demarcation report of DC Jammu vide vide No. DMJ/LO/21-22/1797 Dated. 28.07.2021? Why such Govt/JDA land was not vacated?
Now, it is also a question on JDA Bosses that if PIL No. 19/2011 has decided & order clarified the quantum of JDA/State Land in particular Khasra No, till today except issuing of Notices by Estate Officer of JDA, what other actions were taken by JDA previously after demarcation report of DC Jammu dtd. 28.07.2021?
