Jammu, July 15: Promotions have been accorded by JMC Commissioners in the past in violation of Recruitment Rules of JMC over the time period.
Some Employees made "Single Out" in the pretext by quoting the rider that "Recruitment Rules" are not in operation but in selected cases "Recruitment Rules" word not bothered.
However, now 56-Year Wait has ended with Recruitment Rules after efforts of Commissioner/Secretary H&UDD Mandeep Kour , Incumbnet Commissioner JMC Devansh Yadav and then Commissioenr Rahul Yadav.
Now Employees are awaiting for DPC.
The employees have, appealed to the Hon'ble Chief Minister, who is the Minister In-charge of the Housing & Urban Development Department, Commissioner/Secretary, H&UDD, Mandeep Kour & above all to Dr Devansh Yadav, Commissioner, JMC to intervene and ensure that the State Level DPC is convened without further delay.
