New Delhi, July 13: The Delhi High Court has placed Vinay Singhal, District & Principal Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, under immediate suspension as disciplinary proceedings are being contemplated against him.
During the suspension, his headquarters will be the Office of the Principal District & Sessions Judge (HQs.), Tis Hazari Courts.
He has also been directed not to leave Delhi without prior permission from the competent authority and will receive subsistence allowance as per the applicable rules.
