Srinagar, July 13: Chief Minister congratulated the Minister for Health & Medical Education @sakinaitoo, the faculty and administrations of Government Medical College, Srinagar, and Government Medical College, Jammu, on the approval of 50 additional MBBS seats in each institution by the National Medical Commission.
The Chief Minister said the enhancement of the annual intake capacity from the 2026–27 academic session is a significant achievement, reflecting the Government’s commitment to strengthening medical education and expanding opportunities for aspiring doctors across Jammu & Kashmir.
