JAMMU: After Al-Qaeda announced Zakir Musa as the head of Kashmir cell, DGP Vaid on Friday said that they would investigative the presence of the organization (Al-Qaeda) in the state.
“Militant is a militant for us and outfit does not matter and will investigate the arrival of al-Qaeda in Kashmir,” said Director General of Police (DGP) S P Vaid told reporters.
