July 08: Continuous according Stays on illegal Orders of cancellations & Eviction of Premises issued by Jammu Dev Authority, Collector & Estate Officer of Jammu Dev Authuarity, which are already in question by public by committing "Pick & Choose" in harassing general public.
It is to mention here that VC, JDA has ordered for cancellation of around 40 concerns by quoting some facts, without going through the facts submitted by the concerned persons with facts but VC did not refer the case of frauds committed by JDA Officers over the issues mentioned in reply of show cause notice.
Now, 20 such illegal orders issued by Collector & Estate Officer of JDA have been stayed by the High Court.
However, below more stayed orders speak the truth.
