New Delhi, July 03: Rouse Avenue Court denied Police custody of IPS Officer, Gahlawat to the CBI.
The court has remanded him to judicial custody till July 16. He was produced before the court after one day custody.
It is alleged that Gahlawat allegedly demanded Rs 3 crore for using his influence to secure relief to the accused persons in Fake Medicine Racket being investigated by the CBI.
