New Delhi, July 03: Delhi High court extended the stay granted by the Supreme Court on release of Wing Commander Niketa Pandey.
She had approached the supreme court last year.
The apex court had asked to avail her remedy before the Armed Forces Tribunal or High court.
She approached the AFT. However her application was dismissed.
Thereafter she approached the High Court & the High court extended the stay and directed the authorities to file a response in a week.
