JAMMU, July 04: Jammu and Kashmir Government ordered placement as Assistant Engineer.
The Order copy with Cross Town News reads "In continuation to the Government Order No.152-PW(R&B) of 2026 dated 30.04.2026, sanction is hereby accorded to the assignment of the temporary look after charge of the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) to Er. Mohd Araf Junior Engineer (Civil) Degree Holder, in his own pay and grade, till further orders.
This arrangement shall be purely temporary in order to man the post of Assistant Engineer against the temporary vacancy till the vacancy accrue in the relevant quota or till the posts are filled as per the provisions of J&K Engineering (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 1978 as amended, whichever is earlier: The above arrangement shall be subject to the following conditions: mon a.
That this arrangement shall be an interim one, purely temporary (look after basis) in nature, without conferring any preferential right to claim substantive promotion/regularization/confirmation, which shall be made strictly as per the Recruitment Rules and as per other eligibility conditions prescribed thereof through DPC/J&KPSC.
b. That this arrangement shall be subject to outcome of writ petition(s) pending, if any, before any Competent Court(s) of law.
The arrangement shall be reversible without any prior notice, if any adverse report is received from any agency and also any superior claim of any left out Engineer of the relevant quota, if found genuine, later on. 6-%. Further, Er. Pervaiz Ahmad Malik (RBA) Junior Engineer (Civil) Diploma 30. holder is placed as In-charge Assistant Engineers (Civil) in his own pay and grade with immediate effect."
