Delhi, July 02: The team of PS Okhla Industrial Area, South East District, Delhi has busted a highly organised and systematic racket involved in the illegal sale of expired international branded food products, manipulation of manufacturing and expiry dates, and repackaging of expired items to sell them as genuine products in the market.
The total value of the seized items is more than 20 lakh rupees.
Seven people have been arrested in this case namely Darshan Singh Sachdeva, Nitesh Bhardwaj, Narender Kumar, Kapil, Lucky Ojha, Prem Yadav and Pawan Kumar Yadav.
