Bulandshehar, June 27: The troubles of Tehsildar Manoj Kumar Rawat, posted in Siana Tehsil of Bulandshahr is in trouble as the Revenue Council, Uttar Pradesh, has taken a firm stance in a serious case of unauthorized and rule-violating mutation (land record transfer).
Despite being found guilty in the SDM's investigation, no concrete action has been taken against the Tehsildar so far.
In this matter, Ramesh Ranjan(IAS), Additional Commissioner of Land Management, from the Board of Revenue, has sent a letter to DM Bulandshahr foractions, details with CTN read as under:-
