Jammu, June 16: Government caused a litigation in the year 2017 & which was followed by various rounds & Benches but thereafter getting a win in litigations fighting & others since 08 years by an Applicant , Court vide order dtd. 13.03.2025, questioned Govt's rejection following which, J&K Govt constrained to issue regularization orders.
