Jammu, June 12: In O.A./1015/2025 (JAMMU) after hearing CAT ordered as under;-
Counsel for the respondent no. 1, Mr. Rajesh Thappa has stated that a week's time is required for filing of the reply.
Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned Addl. A.G. representing respondent no. 2 submitted that he would adopt the reply filed by the respondent no. 1.
Reply on behalf of respondent no. 3 has been filed, a copy whereof has also been shared with other side.
Last and final opportunity is granted to the respondent no. 1 to file response, failing which slaary salary of respondent no. 1 shall be stopped on the next hearing.
