Jammu, june 12: In M.A./855/2026 (JAMMU) titled AMAN ULLAH Vs SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Vide order dated 26.05.2026, status quo was maintained, and the respondents were restrained from taking any coercive action against the applicant till the finalisation of the case.
However, despite serving this order to the respondent department, the relieving order has been issued on 02.06.2026 so this relieving order is quashed and the applicant may be allowed to continue at M.S. Kundali(Cherhar) Zone Nagseni, Kishtwar.
MA stands disposed.
