Jammu, May 29: In OWP No. 841/2015 titled Beli Ram Vs State of J&K & Ors after hearing HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE ORDERED as under:-
01. Patwari-Supreet Sharma, who is present in person along with sketch site map for the purpose of understanding of this Court of the site in reference is directed to get on the roof top of adjoining building Jasbir Son’s and do the videography for the aerial site visual of the plot in reference so as to enable this Court to have the understanding of the shop structure of Roop Lal, shop structure of Yash Pal and house building of Beli Ram along with the vacant land also shown to be that of Beli Ram measuring 7½ marlas.
02. Needful compliance be done by next date of hearing.
03. The videography to be done by Patwari-Supreet Sharma in his own mobile phone through camera app for the purpose of displaying it to the Court on the next date of hearing.
