Jammu, May 28: In M.A./1624/2025 (JAMMU) In O.A./316/2023, M.A./691/2026 titled SYED UMAIR ASRAR Vs REVENUE DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Mr. Hunar Gupta, ld. Dy. A.G. has placed on record a communication dated 22.05.2026, received from the Office of Custodian General, and submitted that the matter is under active consideration, so some more time may be granted to the respondents.
Four weeks' more time is granted on the request made by Mr. Gupta, for doing the needful in the matter, failing which Custodian General shall remain personally present before this Court.
