Srinagar, May 18: After lot of officials requested to CM Omar Abdullah & ACS Finance J&K Shailendra Kumar for advance salaries on the eve of Eid on 27th of May, but due to some technical reasons, was not possible for payment of advance salaries etc etc.
But after understanding the issue & after intervention of CM J&K & ACS Finance in the interest of employees & pensioners, J&K Bank MD Amitava Chatterjee agreed to extend Festival Advance.

Average of previous 03 months salary to be credited in the account subject to a ceiling of Rs. 1.50 Lakh.
For Pensioners:- Last month's pension to be credited in the account subject to a ceiling of Rs 50,000/-
