Chennai, May 12: In a setback to the TVK, the Madras High Court temporarily restrained R Seenivasa Sethupathi, the MLA representing Tirupattur in Sivaganga district, who won by only 1 vote, from participating in Assembly proceedings, including the confidence vote that the government led by actor Vijay is set to face to prove its majority on the floor of the House.
However, TVK MLA moved Supreme Court against Madras HC order restraining him from voting in floor tests.
