Srinagar, May 06: J&K Govt approved Technical Resignation of Mr. Javaid Ahmad Khanday, Ex Teacher.

"As recommended by the Chief Education Officer, Anantnag, the technical resignation tendered by Mr. Javaid Ahmad Khanday, Ex Teacher, MS Mulsoo Zone Mattan, District Anantnag, is hereby accepted w.e.f. 26.04.2018 (A.N) in terms of Article-201 of.J&K CSR Vol I.
The lien of the Teacher in the J&K School Education (Subordinate) services shall be deemed to have been terminated and the post held by the re-signee is declared as lien free and vacant with effect from 27/04/2018. This order is issued without prejudice to the court case(s), if any pending in the Hon'ble Court/ any investigating agency which may not be immediately within the knowledge of this Directorate."
