Jammu, May 05: In O.A./1951/2025 (JAMMU) [ RECOVERY FROM PENSION ] [ SENIOR CITIZEN ] titled DEEPAK KOUL Vs PUBLIC WORK DEPARTMENT R AND B after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Despite various opportunities granted, reply has not been filed by the respondents, till date.
Mr. Hunar Gupta, ld. DAG stated that the officer who has to file reply has not joined his duties and prayed for some time to file reply.
In the interest of the justice, last and final opportunity is hereby granted to the respondents to file reply failing which coercive action shall be taken against the respondents on the next date of hearing.
