Jammu, Apr 22: There are countless illegal constructions are taking place in various jurisdictions of JDA since the day Girdawer/Patwaries have been assigned with additional charge of Enforcement Wing, which is not controllable but showing demolitions donot speak efficiency of concerned officer
However, Today , on the directions of VC, JDA Rupesh Kumar, who is trying to control the illegal constructions ,
again in the jurisdiction of Tehsildar & Estate Officer, Megha Gupta, a big demolition drive took place in the Bishnah area adjoining Ring Road & by which lot of big structures have been demolished with the help of Police.
But, on the other side, it is a big question on the part of concerned Estate Officer, that how countless building made to raise up to completion level?
Had her staff never bothered to have round of their jurisdiction to have a check on illegal construction?
Whether prior to demolition, had she ever visited her jurisdiction visited to see such mushrooming of illegal constructions?
If so, otherwise, such illegal constructions could have a check, as cannot raise in a day or in a fortnight.
DLM, JDA, Garbi Rashid, Megha Gupta concerned Tehsildar & concerned Officer/Officials were present on spot during demolition.
However, VC, JDA can by having a round only on National highway up to AIIMS & adjoining links can see mushrooming of illegal constructions from Bari Brahmna towards JDA's jurisdiction up to ahead of AIIMS, Vijaypur like Thandi Khui & verify constructions with google map shall speak the picture .
