JAMMU, Apr 07: Post of Jammu and Kashmir Real Estate Regulatory Authority Chairperson to turn vacant in November this year , as per details with Cross Town News.
Retired IAS Officer Satish Chandra was appointed as Chairperson of RERA J&K after his stint as Chairperson JKPSC.
Chandra will attain age of 66 on November 20, 2026.
As per details with Cross Town News, the maximum age limit for Chairperson J&K RERA is 65 years.
Sources told Cross Town News , with less than 7 months left in tenure of incumbent Chairperson , the search process for new Chairperson will begin soon.
Sources further added that two to three retired IAS Officers of erstwhile J&K cadre and those who are going to retire in coming times , will be under consideration for the post once it comes to decision making at later stages.
