There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties following the tremor. Weather conditions at the epicenter were reported as broken clouds, with a temperature of 3.7°C, humidity at 82 percent, and light winds blowing at 2 meters per second from the south-southeast.
Authorities are monitoring the situation, though the low magnitude suggests minimal impact.
