JAMMU, Mar 13: Who will be new Engineer in Chief (Secretary Technical) in Jammu and Kashmir?
The post is vacant since January 31 after the retirement of Er Rajesh Kumar Gupta.
Sources said that two names are under consideration for posting as Engineer in Chief and are on top of seniority list.
