JAMMU, Mar 12: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to chair Cabinet meeting today .
Sources told Cross Town News that Cabinet is likely to approve creation of posts in Government Medical Colleges of Faculties , promotions of JKAS Officers and in other Departments.
Sources said that Cabinet also likely to enhance allowance to Ministers , LOP and MLAs.
