Jammu, Dec 25: There are countless questions on working of Jammu Dev Authority bosses.
However, missing of files from JDA Office is top among all for which case stands registered in ACB/Crime & thereafter not fencing JDA lands & allowing encroachers to encroach & thereafter litigations since years is 2nd top in the list.
Now, one can see superpowers of DLM & one so called competent Tehsildar of JDA, who non complied Div Com/DC/then VC's order/ recommendations over an issue causing intentional delay in public works & causing mental harassment to the concerned over a issue started in 2014 & was categorically ordered by the VC JDA in 2018 with directions to DLM, JDA to vacate the plot but.
It is to mention here that after Div Com's intervention the case was again reopened & Tehsildar concerned clearly summitted the report to DC & thereafter DC, Samba submitted to to DLM with clear facts but as usual DLM & Tehsildar JDA just to delay the decided issue started communicating with new observations raised pointer towards them.
