JAMMU, Dec 26: Two senior IAS officers of J&K-AGMUT cadre Shantmanu and Pawan Kotwal set to retire on superannuation on 31st December, 2025.
Shantmanu , 1991 IAS Officer of 1991 batch is presently posted as Additional Chief Secretary in Jammu and Kashmir. Pawan Kotwal , 1994 batch IAS officer, is presently posted as Chief Secretary Ladakh.
Both the Officers have remained prominent faces on Jammu and Kashmir Bureaucracy for more than three decades.
Shantmanu hails from Bihar , whereas Pawan Kotwal is native of Jammu and Kashmir.
