JAMMU, Dec 24: Regional Transport Officer, Jammu, Jasmeet Singh has issued a public notice directing owners of motor vehicles bearing registration numbers of other States or Union Territories and plying in the Jammu Division beyond the permitted period to apply for re-registration immediately.
