Jammu, November 29: Vishal Chopra, newly elected National Chairman of the National Anti-Terrorism Front (NATF) for a five-year term, received a rousing welcome on his arrival at Jammu Airport.
Addressing supporters, Chopra issued a stern warning to anti-national elements, asserting that the nation would not tolerate any attempt to destabilize peace. “Those who threaten the unity and integrity of India will face strict consequences.
Our fight against terrorism will only grow stronger,” he declared. He praised the unwavering efforts of the Indian Army in safeguarding national borders and maintaining internal security.
“The Indian Army stands as the backbone of our security. Their sacrifices ensure that every citizen sleeps in peace,” Chopra stated.
Commending Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decisive policies, Chopra added that the Prime Minister’s strong stance against terrorism has strengthened India’s global position. He affirmed that NATF will fully support every initiative aimed at eliminating terror from its roots.
The event marked a significant moment for NATF, as Chopra’s leadership is expected to further energize the organization’s mission of combating terrorism and promoting national unity.
The reception was attended by former minister Garu Ram, social activist Vivek Gupta, and over 200 supporters, who gathered to greet Chopra and celebrate his election to the national post.
