Jammu, Nov 26: There are countless questions on working of Town Planning Organizations along with its teams & latest is that once upon a time, Dy Secretary of Tourism Department to J&K Govt vide letter dtd 28.10.2024 directly communicated to Chief Town Planners of TPO, Jammu & Kashmir of different department of H&UDD in ref to letter dtd 06.08.2024 on financial implications for the issues of Master Plans of Development Authorities ,otherwise CTPs are not high ranking Officers that those can be communicated directly by ACS of another department, otherwise should have been communicated to Comm/Secy, H&UDD.
However, it is to mention here that as per information with CTN lakhs of rupee have been wasted by the bosses of Patnitop Development Authority for revision of MP of PDA, which was previously notified in the year 2000 but no actions to notify Master Plan and supplementary part could have rectified & notified later.
