Jammu, Oct 19: In O.A./548/2025 (JAMMU) [ titled DAIZY BHAT Vs HEALTH AND MEDICAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Vide order dated 11.07.2025, 12.08.2025 and 12.09.2025, the respondents were directed to file reply, failing which the erring official would remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing, however, they failed to do so.
So, this Court is contrained to pass such a harsh order to stop the salary of the respondent no. 2 i.e., the F.A./Chief Accounts Officer, Govt. Medical College, Jammu-180001, with immediate effect.
The DDO concerned is directed to make sure that the salary of the respondent no. 2 be not released without further order of the Court.
