Jammu, Sep 27: In O.A./401/2025 (JAMMU) titled SUNAINA KUMARI Vs SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Vide orders dated 10.06.2025, 21.07.2025, and 21.08.2025, the respondents were directed to file their reply, failing which the erring official was directed to remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing.
However, despite sufficient opportunities, the respondents have failed to comply with the said directions.
Accordingly, this Tribunal is constrained to pass a harsh order directing that the salary of respondent No. 4 – Chief Education Officer, Anantnag (PIN: 192101) and respondent No. 5 – Zonal Education Officer, Qazigund (PIN: 192221) be stopped with immediate effect.
Let a copy of this order be forwarded to the Director, School Education, Srinagar for taking appropriate action against the aforesaid officers.
The action taken report shall be filed before this Tribunal on or before the next date of hearing.
