JAMMU, Aug 20: Former IPS Officer Basant Rath has started Coaching Institute for IAS-IPS Aspirants, whereas Free for J&K & Ladakh Aspirants.

Rath said "Dear IAS-IPS aspirants of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh and the North-East, keep an eye here.

My coaching institute will start its inaugural batch for general studies at its Noida centre next month.

Only classroom coaching. No online alternative at the moment.

For you, it’s absolutely free.

You’ll have to clear a walk-in interview and an essay paper.

For others, this is the fee structure - Rs 2.4 lakh for 8 month long programme. Taxes included.”
