Jammu, Aug 07:Jammu Dev Authority continuing its process on sealing & dismantling illegal constructions to day again seals Commercial/Residential premises constructed without valid permissions in various areas of Purmandal etc etc?
It has been observed that since the day Rupesh Kumar has taken over the charge as VC JDA, wing has come in more actions in retrieving illegally encroached lands, sealing illegal constructions but it is also needed to be acted upon the concerned officers for the said illegality's as were such big structures raised in a weeks time or in a day?
However, Cross Town News is in possession of big structures being constructed with out any BP cases & lands are put in open despite knowledge of Tehsildar, JDA.
Whether staff recruited for the purposes legally performing their duties? Whether Revenue Officers requested any authority for fencing of open lands?, who are meant for the job are some questions on which new VC has to act to streamline the system of JDA.
