New Delhi, June 22: The Central Bureau of Investigation has obtained a court order for the attachment of 14 properties worth approximately Rs 7 crore belonging to the then-Additional Commissioner of Income Tax in connection with an alleged disproportionate assets case.
The accused has been identified as Amit, an Indian Revenue Service officer from the 1999 batch.
The Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, CBI Court No. 1, Ghaziabad, has issued an ad-interim order, for the attachment of 14 properties of the then-Additional Commissioner
