Rajouri, May 13: DC Rajouri, Abhishek Sharma amid heightened alertness in the region due to prevailing security concerns has issued strict instructions to all the Government employees to remain available for duty at all times and keep their mobile phones switched on round-the-clock.
He further added that no Government employee shall leave the station or remain absent from duty without prior authorization. Any non-compliance with the order will attract disciplinary action under the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services Rules.
the order further added that all officers and officials must remain reachable for official communication and be prepared for urgent assignments as and when required & all district and sectoral heads directed to ensure strict monitoring of their subordinate staff and to maintain a close check on compliance.
He has warned that surprise inspections may be conducted at various offices and departments to verify the presence and availability of staff members.
DC further emphasized that the continued availability of Government personnel is vital to the uninterrupted delivery of public services emergency response and public safety management.
