Jammu, May 12: In C.P./87/2025 (JAMMU) [ SENIOR CITIZEN ] In O.A./819/2024 titled VIJAY KUMAR Vs DEPARTMENT OF PHE after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Mr. Sumant Sudan, ld. counsel for the AG stated that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
However, the Executive Engineer has not issuing the LPC.
So, the Executive Engineer is directed to do needful in this matter failing which he would remain present before this Tribunal on the next date of hearing otherwise, coercive action shall be taken against him.
