Jammu, Feb 15: Justice (Retd) Vinod Kumar Gupta, former Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh and Jharkhand High Courts passed away this evening at New Delhi after a brief illness.
He breathed his last at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital New Delhi where he was admitted about a month ago.
He has also remained Vice President of Jammu Club Jammu.
