SRINAGAR, Oct 31: As per reports Supreme Court of India has turned down a plea challenging Article 370 that gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir and said only Parliament can do it.
“Will it be done by the court or by Parliament? Can we ask Parliament to delete a provision from the Constitution? It is not for this court to do so,” stated the bench comprising of Chief Justice H L Dattu Justice Amitava Roy.
