JAMMU, May 27: Central Administrative Tribunal Bench of Rajinder Singh Dogra Member (J) in a petition filed by Mukhtar Ahmad Mir challenging Government Order No. 280-JK(HE) of 2024 dated 13-05- 2024, along with relieving order 14-05-2024 whereby the applicant has been relieved from his present place of posting—Government Degree College Banihal (Zone C) to GDC Ramban (Zone C) has held that a Government servant holding a transferrable post has no vested right to remain posted at one place or the other and he/she is liable to be transferred from one place to the other.
