BMO Among 2 Arrested By Vigilance

JAMMU, Mar 16: State Vigilance Organization on Thursday arrested Dr. Ab. Rashid Dar the then BMO Kulgam and Mohammad Ashraf Parray the then Sr. Asstt./Cashier BMO office Kulgam in Case FIR No. 29/2012 P/S VOK on the allegations of illegal and unauthorised appointment of Class 4th employees and Junior Assistants at various Medical Blocks of District Anantnag and Kulgam.

The accused  fraudulently abusing their official positions illegally allowed 22 private persons to join in the Health Department in different blocks on basis of fake and fabricated appointment/transfer orders and thereby extending undue benefit to private persons causing loss to the state exchequer.
